This is a Wedgewood Technology Model 662 UV Analyzer (662A3V-N-KF025) in excellent conditon.
I have 4 of these units.  2 of them are missing the Transmitter I/O Connector (the 15 Pin Connector on the rear right of the unit). See the pictures.
These units do not include an AF-44 UV InLine Sensor.

More Information:
The Model 662 UV Analyzer in conjunction with an AF44 UV Inline Sensor (Not Included) is used to measure the spectral absorbance of a liquid flowing in a pipe. Dynamic range of the instrument is determined by the optical pathlength within the sensor. A range of optical filters is available to configure the instrument to measure at a specific wavelength. A unique Low-Pressure Mercury Vapor lamp, designed specifically for the AF44 Inline sensor, is used to generate UV energy for the measurement.
