Wavetek Acterna JDSU LST-1700 CATV Signal Transmitter Leakage Tester with parts/cables. Shows in charging in second picture. Third picture shows it when turned on. Fourth picture shows the mode button pushed twice. This has been setting and turned on two weeks later still comes on. Has 12v power and manual. Has Last picture shows a piece of white piece in where the battery clip is. The battery clip is cracked and has to be put in to hold battery.
They are UNTESTED.  I do not have the proper equipment to test them.
