This unit has been tested and is ready to ship. This unit is sold guaranteed working for 30-days, parts and labor, excluding freight.  It does not come with any accessories but a set of black and red leads (new) and a power cord. There is some discoloartion on the top which I did my best to show. There is also minor knicks and scratches.
