Tektronix WFM601E Wave Form Monitor
The Tektronix WFM601E Serial Component Monitor with Eye Pattern extends the series platform to provide comprehensive evaluation of the digital transport layer. It allows observation of the analog characteristics (eye pattern and signal level) and digital compatibility (format and range checking) of the serial data stream. The WFM601E includes all video features of the WFM601A and adds an analog waveform display of the incoming data signal.
