    Description

    Highly desirable hard to find pair of Mid Century Rosewood and Leather (cowhide) Sirocco Safari Lounge Chairs by Arne Norell. I purchased the set of two in late 70's from a vintage furniture store and they have been kept in a heated and cooled climate since, with very little use. As explained in condition description some of the stitching has deteriorated over the more than 50 years but is still in good condition, not very noticeable and does not affect functionality of the chair(s). I tried including as many photos as ebay would allow (12) to show any defects and am and happy to provide any additional to anyone that is seriously interested. The upholstery is a black (with hints of brown) cowhide (rare) and a rosewood (from info I could find online) frame. This is a very collectable vintage item and you are not buying a new piece of furniture so be aware of the various imperfections (as shown). I have dismantled the chairs (as shown in photo)in order to ship and will include multiple photos showing assembly (very simple).
