Shipping
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days via one of our trusted carriers. All orders include complimentary curbside delivery to the contiguous United States. We offer an optional white glove delivery service for an additional 9 per row of seats. Please inquire about this if you’re interested.
When your order gets delivered from our warehouse to the carrier's distribution center local to you, they will contact you to schedule a day and time for delivery. All deliveries will require an adult present at delivery to sign for packages.
Note that the “Estimated Delivery Date” on the tracking page is for your items to be delivered to your local distribution center, and not to you. Once the item arrives at your local distribution center, you will receive a phone call within 2 business days to schedule a day for delivery.
Returns
Our return policy covers 14-days from the time of delivery. Please submit a return within 14 days of delivery. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
