This is a Matchbox "18 HONDARORA" Honda motorcycle from the "Matchbox 75" vintage series.
It's attractive and appealing.  The seat looks especially realistic with its textured appearance resembling leather.
It is fully functional with wheels that turn and steerable front wheel.  There's a "kickstand" that facilitates the ability to easily display the model.
