The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped if available.  If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund including the shipping cost.

If shipping damages is not apparent until after the driver leaves, please contact the carrier.  UPS is 1-800-742-5877.  If the carrier is USPS, please contact your local post office.  (Give us a call if you need help (507-345-6040)  After initiating the claim with the carrier, please contact us and we will issue a replacement if the item is available.  If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund once the claim process is done.
